MONTERREY CHICKEN TACOS
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 10-15 corn tortillas
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook chicken with salsa and taco seasoning
  2. For crispy tacos heat some oil (1 or 2 cups) in a medium skillet
  3. When chicken is cooked add the sour cream, stir well
  4. Place a tortilla into the hot oil, when it has bee in for a few seconds fold the other half over (use tongs, not fingers!)
  5. When all of your tortillas are fried fill each of them with a roughly equal portion of the chicken
  6. Enjoy!
