MONTERREY CHICKEN TACOS
Here’s a last minute taco recipe for your Super Party!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 10-15 corn tortillas
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook chicken with salsa and taco seasoning
- For crispy tacos heat some oil (1 or 2 cups) in a medium skillet
- When chicken is cooked add the sour cream, stir well
- Place a tortilla into the hot oil, when it has bee in for a few seconds fold the other half over (use tongs, not fingers!)
- When all of your tortillas are fried fill each of them with a roughly equal portion of the chicken
- Enjoy!
