Mexican Chefs Break World Taco Record

Chefs in Guadalajara, Mexico wanted to claim the Guinness record for the world’s biggest taco, so Sunday, they spent six hours putting together a taco line almost two miles long — using over one ton of meat and tortilla.

The actual construction took 130 people, and chefs used traditional ingredients from Yucatan State.

The result was certified and sent off to Guinness World Records, and afterward, folks were able to enjoy the free eats.
